This term Year Four have been studying habitats. In order to learn more about where different insects live, some of the children have helped to set up worm and ant 'worlds'. The ants needed a sandy home and the worms needed layers of soil and sand. We collected the bugs very carefully and put them in their new homes.
The rest of the class have been preparing snail or woodlouse 'snack bars' out of shoeboxes. We are getting ready to find them their first customers!
