This morning, year 4 discovered the mystery silver heap in their classrooms (shown in the previous post). After investigating and having a closer look, we had a go at predicting what it could be, where it could have come from and how it might have ended up in our classroom! We were using conjunctions to justify our ideas for why we thought it could be what we predicted.
Year 4 cracked the mystery and decided it was a disassembled robot that could have teleported from another galaxy.
They were right with their robot idea, as it was the Iron Man from the Ted Hughes narrative, which is our focus in English for this term.
Year 4 made great detectives!
